The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mewes misses with a lunging right hand
and Wayne counters with a straight right hand.
That kick from Wayne tenderised Mewes's leg. Mewes is trying to keep his angry face on.
Wayne looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mewes takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Mewes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Wayne works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Wayne connects with a body shot that sends Mewes's belly button to the back.
Wayne drops Mewes with a huge uppercut! Mewes drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Wayne is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
