Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chue Hong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, MuayThai Sparring!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparring misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sparring tries to clinch up but Hong circles away and keeps his distance.

Sparring drives through with a takedown into Hong's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Sparring pushes down on Hong's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Still in half guard, Sparring seems content to control.
Hong wants to control but Sparring is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Hong is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Hong wants to sweep but Sparring has passed to side control!

Sparring decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Hong misses with a low kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sparring connects with the punch.

It looks like Chue Hong has been cut.
Hong shoots in but Sparring avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sparring scores with a head kick. Hong tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Hong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sparring circles away.

Sparring drives through with a takedown into Hong's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sparring's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Sparring passes Hong's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Hong is looking to improve his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sparring with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Sparring stands up and beckons Hong to join him on the feet.
Hong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sparring avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sparring throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hong.
Hong shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sparring counters with a nice body kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chue Hong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sparring wants to clinch up but Hong keeps it at a distance.
Sparring goes for a small jab and connects. Now Sparring goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Hong stumbles back but Sparring runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Hong to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Hong will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
