Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ladislav Hemsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sioux Sie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hemsky comes into the arena with Onward to Victory blaring out of the sound system. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hemsky misses with a leg kick
and Hemsky takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Hemsky avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sie shoots for a takedown but Hemsky saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sie's coach down at EUOLUCAO MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sie's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Sie wants to land a leg kick but Hemsky is out of range.
Nice defenses there by Hemsky.
Hemsky lands with an overhand left.
Sie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hemsky throws out the jab.
Hemsky throws a jab but it's blocked by Sie.
Hemsky lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sie at a distance.
Hemsky takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sie cracks the inside of Hemsky's front leg.
Hemsky's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sie under the eye.
Hemsky tries to score with a low kick but Sie moves his leg out of the way.

Sie lands with a shot to the body.
Sie connects with a solid leg kick.

Sie gets tackled into the cage by Hemsky. Hemsky maintains the clinch.

Sie tries to pull guard but Hemsky forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Sie looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Sie tries a body shot but Hemsky blocks it.
Sie misses with a short punch on the inside.

Hemsky tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Sie is trying to maintain a safe position but Hemsky gets an underhook and turns Sie into the cage.
Hemsky lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sie backwards.

Sie tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ladislav Hemsky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sioux Sie.
Sie is trying to stall.
Our sources have told us that Hemsky has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

Sie jumps guard.
Hemsky wants to stand but Sie is controlling his posture from full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sie looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Hemsky wants to stand but Sie has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Hemsky knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sie on the ground.

Sie working for a triangle but Hemsky defends it easily.
Hemsky has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sie is proving hard to escape from.

Hemsky is sitting in close to Sie's body. Sie has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hemsky is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hemsky is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Sie.
