Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zdravko Dren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Alexandrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dren comes to the cage accompanied by GETO BOYS - mind of a lunatic. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dren with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Alexandrov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Dren connects with a nice looking jab.

Dren clinches up against the cage.

Dren lands an elbow just above Alexandrov 's eye.

It looks like Vladimir Alexandrov has been cut.

Dren breaks from the clinch.

Dren has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dren throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Dren pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Alexandrov stuffs the takedown.
Dren misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
No joy there for Alexandrov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A nice inside leg kick there by Dren. That's going to slow Alexandrov down.

Dren moves into the clinch.

Our sources have told us that Dren has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.
Dren lands with a right to the head.
Dren using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Alexandrov has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Dren content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Dren comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Dren breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dren fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zdravko Dren. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Alexandrov takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Dren drops Alexandrov with a big knee straight up the middle! Alexandrov is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

and Dren counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Alexandrov! He's just covering up as Dren starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
