Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hagen Germanicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenta Yuudai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Germanicus comes to the cage accompanied by Now We Are Free. Yuudai has chosen Know your Enemy - Yoko Kanno as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yuudai works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Yuudai scores with a jab to the jaw.
Germanicus seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Yuudai tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Germanicus was well out of range. Poor timing from Yuudai.
Yuudai will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Germanicus throws a push kick but Yuudai slaps the foot to one side.
Nice uppercut lands for Yuudai. That snapped Germanicus's head back.
Germanicus misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Yuudai.
Yuudai scores with a sloppy right hand. Germanicus should have avoided that one.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Yuudai ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Germanicus moves away.

Germanicus has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Germanicus there as he acknowledges the shot.

Yuudai blocks a low kick nicely.
Germanicus walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Yuudai avoids a kick to the body.
Germanicus throws a low kick but Yuudai moves out of range easily.
Yuudai throws a jab but it's blocked by Germanicus.
Germanicus takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Yuudai is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Germanicus had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Germanicus throws a body punch but Yuudai moves out of range.
Kenta Yuudai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yuudai takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Yuudai lunges at Germanicus with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Germanicus's hand.
Germanicus clobbers Yuudai with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Germanicus throws a hook but Yuudai blocks it.
A lazy left from Yuudai finds it's target.
Germanicus misses with a low kick as Yuudai jumps back.
Germanicus tries to move into range but Yuudai moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Yuudai stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Yuudai drops Germanicus with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Germanicus looks back up at him and smiles so Yuudai waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Germanicus is rocked!
Germanicus looks to land a combination but Yuudai avoids it well.
Oh Germanicus is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Germanicus tries to close the distance and clinch but Yuudai swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Yuudai throws an overhand right that drops Germanicus like a sack of potatoes! Yuudai dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenta Yuudai!
An out of breath Kenta Yuudai thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
