Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yorick Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacks Sole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sole has chosen 2Pac - Ghetto Star (feat. Bad Azz) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yorick Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacks Sole!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sole is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brown.
Sole ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brown moves away.
Brown has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Barracks - LOD in the buildup to the fight.
Sole looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range.
Brown jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sole displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.


It looks like Yorick Brown has been cut.
The crowd cheers as Brown lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sole doesn't seem phased though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sole throws a push kick but Brown slaps the foot to one side.
Sole feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Browns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jacks Sole seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sole sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sole throws a leg kick
and Brown counters with an outside leg kick.
Brown pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Brown moves out of range of the leg kick from Sole.
Brown buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sole connects with a good right hand that stumbles Brown. Brown circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Sole darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Sole just misses with a punch to the body.
Sole moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Sole throws a hook but Brown avoids it easily.
Brown takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
An inside leg kick from Sole misses.
Sole chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Sole misses with an uppercut. Brown saw that one coming.
Brown takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Sole's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sole's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Brown looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Brown finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Sole lands with a right hand.
Brown misses with the combination.
Brown takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Brown takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sole takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A low kick from Sole misses
and Brown counters with a left and a right that stings Sole.
Sole misses with a leg kick
and Brown counters with a good low kick that Sole was not able to check.
Brown blocks a head kick by Sole.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sole wants to land a leg kick but Brown is out of range.
Sole has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Sole stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Sole cracks Brown with a good jab.
Sole moves away from the strike by Brown.
Brown takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Brown misses with a wild body shot.
Sole misses with a low kick.
Sole throws a leg kick but Brown sees it coming and moves out of range.
Sole lands a really nice looking cross but Brown seems unphased.
Brown misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sole.
Sole throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Brown walks into a straight right hand from Sole.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sole gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brown.
Sole gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Brown counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sole fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Sole connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Sole cracks Brown with a good jab.
A slapping leg kick lands for Brown.
Sole throws a jab when Brown was well out of range.
Nice straight punches there by Brown. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Brown.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sole dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Brown. That did some damage!
Brown looks to throw the jab but Sole is out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jacks Sole dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Yorick Brown's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Sole feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brown's calf.
Sole displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Brown throws out the jab.
Sole is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
A jab from Sole does it's job there.
Brown moves out of range of the leg kick from Sole.

Brown drops Sole with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Sole looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.


Sole is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A low kick from Sole is predictable there
and Brown counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yorick Brown!
An out of breath Yorick Brown thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
