Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bjorn Lodbrok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zane Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lodbrok's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Killing in the name of.... Zane Mason has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lodbrok dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Lodbrok thuds his shin into the meat of Mason's side.
Lodbrok misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mason connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Mason's coach down at WarZone Training Facility 2 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Mason's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Lodbrok dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mason takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Lodbrok's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mason connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lodbrok scrambles back to his feet.
Mason takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Lodbrok fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Lodbrok throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Bjorn Lodbrok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lodbrok using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mason has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Mason lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lodbrok backwards.

And Mason responds with a good body kick, but Lodbrok manages to step out the way in time.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mason tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Lodbrok throws a head kick but Mason moves out of range.
A little jabbing left from Mason on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Mason connects with an inside leg kick.
Mason lunges at Lodbrok with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lodbrok's hand.
Mason is looking to land body kicks.
Lodbrok tries to clinch but Mason is having none of it.
Lodbrok throws a head kick that misses.
Lodbrok checks a low kick from Mason.
Lodbrok is looking to counter with head kicks.
Mason tries to close the distance and clinch but Lodbrok swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Crunch! Lodbrok slams his shin into Mason's torso.
Lodbrok thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Mason if he has to take too many more of those.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mason throws an overhand right that lands on Lodbrok's shoulder, as Lodbrok tries to avoid the shot.
Mason avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lodbrok fails in his attempt to clinch.
Lodbrok lands with a kick to the temple. Mason shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lodbrok lands a big head kick that sends Mason tumbling to the mat! Lodbrok takes a step backwards and waves Mason back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Mason is breathing heavily.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Lodbrok! Mason is out on his feet! Lodbrok rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Mason is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Mason is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

After the fight, Bjorn Lodbrok was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
