Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Otso Jokinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Bunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jokinen comes to the cage accompanied by E.S. Posthumus - Unstoppable. Bunn comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Go to Sleep - Eminem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Otso Jokinen could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Gary Bunn's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 60 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Otso Jokinen!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gary Bunn!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunn moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jokinen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Jokinen swings for the body but Bunn moves out of range.
Jokinen scores with a jab. Bunn acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Jokinen misses with a looping left.
Jokinen tries to land a front kick but Bunn steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jokinen.
Jokinen throws a lazy right hand but Bunn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Good exchange - Jokinen coming out on top.
Jokinen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bunn moves out of range as Jokinen strikes.
Bunn lands a nice hook to Jokinen's body. Jokinen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

A punch lands to the side of Jokinen 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Bunn decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jokinen's guard.

Jokinen is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Jokinen is fighting to break Bunn's control of his arms but Bunn is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Gary Bunn.

Bunn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jokinen pinned against the cage. Jokinen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bunn lands a nice looking kick to the body. Jokinen takes a step back to recover.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Gary Bunn hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
