Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beau Teh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Merijn Nieborg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beau Teh could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Merijn Nieborg's chin.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teh closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Nieborg did well to prevent Teh getting side control.

Teh closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Nieborg is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Beau Teh will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Nieborg takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Teh bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Nieborg is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Nieborg is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Teh won't allow Nieborg to pass to mount.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Teh looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Nieborg puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Merijn Nieborg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Teh fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nieborg avoids it really well and circles away.
