Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stevie Hinch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Marcolini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcolini has chosen Raffaella Carra - Rumore as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Stevie Hinch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marco Marcolini!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Lou da Vinci and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcolini throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Marcolini looks to land a right hand but Hinch moved out of range.
Hinch slips a jab from Marcolini.
Hinch ducks under a wild hook from Marcolini.
Hinch shoots in looking for a takedown. Marcolini tries to sprawl out of it but Hinch keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Marcolini manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Marcolini throws a wild body kick that Hinch sees coming a mile off.
Marcolini throws a looping overhand right but Hinch ducks down to avoid it.

Marcolini throws a right and a left that Hinch avoids nicely.

Hinch tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Marcolini swivels and escapes.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Hinch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hinch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Marcolini told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Marcolini is controlling Hinch's trapped leg to prevent Hinch from advancing to side control.
Marcolini is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hinch's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hinch's back!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Marcolini connects with a nice short shot to Hinch's temple.
