Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luis Milhano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allen Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jackson's choice of entrance music: Not Afraid. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Luis Milhano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Allen Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Milhano closes the distance and clinches.

Jackson wants a takedown but no success here.
Milhano is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jackson is defending well.
Milhano is pressed up against the cage. Jackson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Milhano down to the mat. Milhano avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Luis Milhano has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Allen Jackson.
Jackson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Milhano defends well and Jackson ends up having to push Milhano into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Milhano is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jackson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jackson has escaped and now he's on top!
Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Milhano. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Milhano lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jackson!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Milhano is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jackson has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jackson!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Jackson working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Milhano has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jackson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Milhano has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Jackson works to full guard.
