The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Watson and Ben Hemmingworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ax has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Dong Hyuk.
Ax lands a nice looking body shot.
Dong Hyuk throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ax takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Ax on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nice uppercut lands for Dong Hyuk. That snapped Ax's head back.

Ax is rocked!

Ax has his takedown stuffed
and Dong Hyuk counters with a slapping leg kick.

Ax shoots for a double leg takedown but Dong Hyuk sprawls well. He's pushed Ax's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Dong Hyuk rushes Ax and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Dong Hyuk lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ax or not.

Dong Hyuk breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Ax jumps guard but Dong Hyuk stands there with Ax around his waist. Ax gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ax misses with a takedown attempt - Dong Hyuk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Ax. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Dong Hyuk lands with a hook. Ax tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dong Hyuk lands with a short shot to the head.
Dong Hyuk misses with a punch to the body.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ax fails to pull guard.

Dong Hyuk throws a head kick that misses.

Ax shoots in looking for a takedown. Dong Hyuk tries to sprawl out of it but Ax keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dong Hyuk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Dong Hyuk feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ax's calf.
That kick from Dong Hyuk tenderised Ax's leg. Ax is trying to keep his angry face on.

Ax takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Dong Hyuk throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ax's head.
Oh Ax is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ax crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dong Hyuk - the referee stops the clock and Ax gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dong Hyuk. Ax manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Ax's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dong Hyuk connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ax scrambles back to his feet.

Dong Hyuk sends Ax crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dong Hyuk is motioning to the referee to let Ax up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Ax takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Ax is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

The fighters circle, before Dong Hyuk throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Ax's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Dong Hyuk lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
