PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Uadab Raiuga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandr Tarkovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tarkovsky's choice of entrance music: Sergei Rachmaninov- Bells of Moscow . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raiuga throws a nice looking combination but Tarkovsky bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tarkovsky scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Uadab Raiuga has been cut.
Tarkovsky will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tarkovsky jabbing away but nothing is landing.

and Raiuga counters with a two punch combo.

and Raiuga counters with a three punch combo that has Tarkovsky backing up. Tarkovsky nods at Raiuga to acknowledge the strikes.

Tarkovsky bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Raiuga! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tarkovsky drops back looking for a leg! Raiuga is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Raiuga manages to kick Tarkovsky off! Tarkovsky jumps back into Raiuga's guard.
Oh Raiuga is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Tarkovsky has gone for a leg lock! Raiuga slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tarkovsky's guard.

Tarkovsky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Raiuga defends well.

Tarkovsky looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Raiuga is defending well. Tarkovsky quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Raiuga has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Tarkovsky celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
