Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Nuclear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diziz Sparta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nuclear comes to the cage accompanied by Nuclear Assault - Critical Mass. Sparta has chosen Just like you imagined - 300 theme as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

I was talking to Nuclear's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Nuclear breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Sparta throws a series of punches but Nuclear moves out of range.

Nuclear fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sparta has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Nuclear drives through and clinches with Sparta against the cage.

Nuclear lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Nuclear tries a body shot but Sparta blocks it.
Nuclear trying to control the position but instead, Sparta has worked for underhooks and has pushed Nuclear into the cage.

Nuclear digs a right hand underneath Sparta's ribcage. Sparta let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Nuclear lands a big right hand that sends Sparta crashing to the mat! Nuclear stays standing though and waves Sparta back to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Nuclear counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

David Nuclear decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
