Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyler Durden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jakob Silfversberg!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durden lands with a thumping leg kick.
Durden feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Silfversberg's calf.
Silfversberg looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Durden misses with a kick to the body.
Durden moves forwards but Silfversberg connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Durden falls off balance throwing a combination
and Silfversberg cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A bone on bone clash there as Silfversberg blocks the leg kick.
Durden takes a swing at Silfversberg's ribcage but misses.
Durden wants to land a leg kick but Silfversberg is out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as Silfversberg checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Silfversberg moves out of range as Durden throws a body kick.
Durden fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Silfversberg has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Silfversberg fails with the takedown.
Durden's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Silfversberg connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Durden scrambles back to his feet.

Durden throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silfversberg.
Silfversberg fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Durden avoids it really well and circles away.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Durden is trying to control the position but Silfversberg postures up.

Silfversberg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Durden swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Durden buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Durden connects with the punch.
Durden lunges at Silfversberg with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Silfversberg's hand.
Durden attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Durden clobbers Silfversberg with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Durden lands a leg kick that knocks Silfversberg off balance momentarily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silfversberg shoots in for a takedown but Durden shows good takedown defense.
Tyler Durden is winning the standup battle so far.
Silfversberg on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Durden lands with a nice body punch.

and Silfversberg counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Durden's guard now.
Silfversberg throws a big elbow that misses.
Silfversberg throws a strike but Durden rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Durden has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Silfversberg is proving hard to escape from.
Durden trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Tyler Durden has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Durden throws a nice outside leg kick.
Durden ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silfversberg moves away.
Silfversberg misses with an uppercut. Durden saw that one coming.

Durden lands with an uppercut that bounces Silfversberg off the cage and back into range.
A jab from Silfversberg finds it's way through Durden's defenses.
Durden uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Silfversberg.
Durden lands a head kick. Silfversberg smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
