Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Hubbard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldon Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hubbard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rehab......drinkin problem. Smith has chosen Big Rich ,San Quinn & Boo Banger- San Francisco Anthem as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aldon Smith!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hubbard keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hubbard lands with an uppercut that bounces Smith off the cage and back into range.
Smith throws a hook but Hubbard avoids it easily.

Smith looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hubbard is trying to maintain the position but Smith is very close to passing his half guard.
Hubbard avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Smith.
Smith lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hubbard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Hubbard looking to hit a scissor sweep but Smith is one step ahead there.
Smith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hubbard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hubbard wants to get back to his feet but Smith is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Smith trying to control the position from guard on top but Hubbard is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Smith missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Smith trying to control but Hubbard is working from the bottom.
Smith connects with a couple of short punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith looking to pass the guard.
Smith lands a couple of digs.

Smith sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Hubbard doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Smith paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Hubbard - great work!
