Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Vector (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cron Spliffton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Victor Vector!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cron Spliffton!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vector fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Spliffton avoids it really well and circles away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Vector lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Spliffton has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Spliffton and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Spliffton keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Spliffton ducks under a wild hook from Vector.
Vector dives in and grabs Spliffton's left leg, looking for a takedown. Spliffton pushes down on Vector's head and hops out.
Vector fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Spliffton sprawls well initially but Vector persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Vector performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Vector is working for a kimura but Spliffton is defending it quite comfortably.
Vector missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Vector has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Spliffton looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Vector throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Vector is trying to control the action in half guard but Spliffton is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Victor Vector just wasn't active enough.
Vector blocks a head kick by Spliffton.

Vector connects with a crisp jab.
Vector thows a left - swing and a miss!
Vector misses with a takedown attempt
so Spliffton counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Victor Vector. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vector has his foot on Spliffton's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Spliffton works his way back into a safe position though.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vector working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Spliffton doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Spliffton manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Spliffton won't allow Vector to sweep him here.
Vector is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Vector is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Vector manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Vector lands a couple of good shots and Spliffton has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Vector keeps control of the position easily here as Spliffton tries to buck him off.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Spliffton looking very determined here, making life difficult for Vector.

Spliffton bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vector's head backwards.
Spliffton steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Vector.
Vector is trying hard to land a takedown here. Spliffton sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Cron Spliffton is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Spliffton lands a nice hook to Vector's body. Vector takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Vector takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A chopping leg kick lands by Spliffton.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Spliffton uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vector.
Spliffton lands with a hook. Vector tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Cron Spliffton seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Vector has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Spliffton finds it's way round the side to connect with Vector's head.

Spliffton defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Vector.
Vector takes one to the side of the head.
Spliffton thuds a left hand into Vector's body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Vector gets a takedown into half guard.
Vector is looking to advance position but Spliffton won't allow it.
Vector thows a huge punch but Spliffton dodges it nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vector in particular looking to stall.

Vector is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Spliffton has managed to free his arm - good work.
Vector controlling the action here.
Vector thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Spliffton's head.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Spliffton can do anything to dispel that myth.
Vector tries to pass the half guard into mount. Spliffton knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Spliffton makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Spliffton.

Vector won't allow Spliffton to sweep him here.
Vector is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Victor Vector overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vector accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Vector missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Vector in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Vector postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Vector trying to control the position from guard on top but Spliffton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Spliffton has momentary wrist control but Vector slips an elbow through the middle.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Spliffton utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Cron Spliffton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Spliffton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vector moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Vector checks the leg kick.
Vector misses the shot to the body.
Vector is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Spliffton.
Vector throws a right hand that misses
and Spliffton counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Vector is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Spliffton is aware though and is defending well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vector has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Spliffton can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Spliffton wants to control from the top but Vector keeps moving.

Vector has his feet on Spliffton's thighs here. He's pushed Spliffton off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Spliffton screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Victor Vector!
A very excited looking Victor Vector rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
