Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Dexter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew George (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). George has chosen Return of the Mack as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Dexter throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Matthew George seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dexter looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Dexter takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Mark Dexter has been cut.
A jab from George finds it's way through Dexter's defenses.
George with a body punch. A glancing blow.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that George has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Dexter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
George scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
George will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
George throws a hook but Dexter blocks it.
Dexter drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Mark Dexter's cut is getting worse.
George closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Dexter! George dives in looking to finish! Dexter is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
