Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henley motions for Ferrell to come forward. Henley throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Henley with a lazy takedown attempt
and Ferrell counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Ferrell.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Ferrell throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Henley works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Ferrell avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Henley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ferrell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ferrell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Ferrell content to stall in guard here.
Ferrell stands up over Henley, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Ferrell postures up and lands a big shot to Henley's brow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ferrell lands a couple of digs.
Ferrell controlling from the top position.
Ferrell working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Henley can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ferrell controls the pace.
Henley has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ferrell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Ferrell is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Henley has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ferrell is looking to defend but Henley has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ferrell! Henley pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ferrell taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Ben Henley!
A less than humble Ben Henley misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
