Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jayden Slash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Comanche Todd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jayden Slash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Comanche Todd!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Steve Montenegro and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slash ducks under a wild hook from Todd.
Todd throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Slash on the side of the head.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Todd enables Slash to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Todd manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Slash forces his way into half guard.
Todd really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Slash. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Slash trying to control from Todd's half guard. Todd has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Slash stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Todd swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Slash's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Slash working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Slash wants to control from the top but Todd keeps moving.
Slash prevents Todd from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jayden Slash wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Todd throws a right and a left that both miss.
Slash on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Comanche Todd is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A combination from Todd does no damage.
Todd connects with a good right hand that stumbles Slash. Slash circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Slash scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
An elbow from Slash crashes against the mat.
Todd is trying to improve his position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Slash is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Todd knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Slash is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Slash tries for a kimura but Todd is defending well.
Slash is looking to take a break and control but Todd is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Slash creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Todd sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Slash swings around for an armbar but Todd sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Slash's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Slash drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Slash as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Todd screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Slash! Nice submission victory there!
