Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Tsakada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leif Nygard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nygard comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dread Zeppelin - Immigrant Song kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Nygard tenderised Tsakada's leg. Tsakada is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nygard fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tsakada has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Tsakada clinches with his opponent.
Tsakada wants to break free but Nygard has control.

Nygard displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tsakada.
Tsakada moves forwards but Nygard connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Tsakada tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nygard paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tsakada throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nygard's waist but Nygard gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tsakada off to one side.

and Tsakada counters with a three punch combo that has Nygard backing up. Nygard nods at Tsakada to acknowledge the strikes.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Nygard creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Nygard feints a jab promting Tsakada to slip. Nygard then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Tsakada slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Tsakada shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nygard sprawls well. Nygard wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tsakada gets slowly back to his feet.

BOOM! Nygard lands a beautiful left hook that drops Tsakada. Tsakada tries to recover but Nygard is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Tsakada lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
