Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jan Olov Hermansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Les Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hermansson comes to the cage accompanied by Rammstein - Ich Will!. The crowd seem to be enjoying Paul's choice of entrance music: Hell & Back. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Les Paul enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jan Olov Hermansson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Paul decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hermansson's guard.

Hermansson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Paul backwards.

Hermansson wants the takedown. Paul is fighting it off but Hermansson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Paul's guard against the cage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round but I would say that Jan Olov Hermansson will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
