Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Kessler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milan Savic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kessler comes to the cage accompanied by Yattering - Chase of Thoughts . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Kessler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Milan Savic!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kessler tries to move into range but Savic moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Savic looks to throw the jab but Kessler is out of range.
Kessler swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Savic counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kessler!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Savic is trying to get an arm triangle but Kessler is defending well.

Savic swings around for an armbar but Kessler sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Savic's guard.

Savic working for submissions but it's allowed Kessler to get to half guard.
Kessler takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Savic is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kessler pulls his head out easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jack Kessler.

Savic is trying to control the action in half guard but Kessler is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Savic is working for an americana but Kessler has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Savic was thinking about the submission.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Savic is fighting to break Kessler's control of his arms but Kessler is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Savic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kessler swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kessler looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Savic misses the shot to the body.

and Savic decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kessler's guard.

Kessler is looking to improve his position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Savic seems to be looking for submissions.
Kessler is not content to let Savic control the position.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Savic fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Savic crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kessler - the referee stops the clock and Savic gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kessler. Savic manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Kessler misses with a hook. Savic ducked under it nicely.
Kessler throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Savic cracks Kessler with a right hand to the side of the head.
Kessler throws a right and a left that Savic avoids nicely.
Savic loads up on a big right hand but Kessler slips the punch.
Kessler tries to clinch but Savic is having none of it.
Savic lands a right hook to the body.
Kessler misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kessler throws a head kick but Savic moves out of range.
Savic closes the distance and clinches up with Kessler, looking for a takedown. Savic pushes Kessler against the cage but Kessler circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Kessler throws a leg kick but Savic sees it coming and moves out of range.
Kessler ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Savic moves away.

Savic ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Savic looks for a takedown but Kessler sprawls well.

Kessler bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Kessler dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Savic. That did some damage!

Savic lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kessler backwards.
Kessler tries to throw a body punch but Savic avoids it by throwing Kessler back against the cage.

Savic has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Kessler.

Kessler tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Savic is able to avoid easily.

Savic stuns Kessler with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Kessler lands a leg kick that knocks Savic off balance momentarily.
Kessler throws a low kick but Savic moves out of range easily.

Kessler does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kessler lunges at Savic with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Savic's hand.
Savic misses with a wild body shot.
Kessler gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Savic.
Kessler looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Savic shoots in but no luck this time.

Kessler manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Savic on his heels. He'll look to pass Savic's guard now, I'm sure.
Milan Savic has got the better of the ground game so far.

Kessler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Savic swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kessler looks up at the clock and then as Savic takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kessler smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
