Beast throws a poor cross that misses
and Venture counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Venture drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Venture trying to control the position but Beast is working away.
Beast really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Venture. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Beast gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Venture sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Venture avoids the attempt from Beast to control.

Venture gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Venture gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Beast stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Venture has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Beast manages to get his head free but now Venture has transitioned to an armbar! Beast grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Venture! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
