Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kid comes into the arena with Bob Dylan - Hurricane blaring out of the sound system. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Billy Kid!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Henry Davis!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis dives in and grabs Kid's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kid pushes down on Davis's head and hops out.
Davis's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kid connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Davis scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Henry Davis has been cut.
Henry Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kid is fending him off so far but Davis persists. Nope, Kid circles away and we're back to standing.
Davis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kid circles away.
Billy Kid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henry Davis.
Kid connects with a nice looking jab.
Kid scoring well with a low kick there.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Davis is defended easily by Kid.

Kid punishes Davis's body with a nice straight punch.
Kid lands an overhand right.
Davis takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Davis fails with a takedown attempt.
Kid fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Davis has a takedown stuffed.

Kid closes the distance and pushes Davis back into the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A right hook to the body lands for Kid.
Kid scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Kid working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Kid digs a right hand into Davis's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Davis's gas tank.

Kid breaks from the clinch.
Kid wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kid rushes Davis with punches - Davis moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Davis goes down! Kid follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Kid!
After the fight, Billy Kid was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
