Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Risto Korpisuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Korpisuo has chosen Eläkeläiset - Humpparaakki as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan throws a left and a right that both miss

and Korpisuo counters with a single leg into guard. Hogan didn't expect that.
Korpisuo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Korpisuo postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Korpisuo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hogan's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Korpisuo passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hogan!

Hogan wants to try and get back to his feet.
Korpisuo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Korpisuo is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hogan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
