Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zhao Zhuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mag Ne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhuo comes to the cage accompanied by Kung Fu You. Ne is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Blå and Black - Nephew. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zhao Zhuo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 15 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mag Ne!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ne tries to clinch there but Zhuo circles away.
Zhuo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ne tries to avoid it but Zhuo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ne to the ground. Ne escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Zhuo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ne - the referee stops the clock and Zhuo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ne. Zhuo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Ne slips a straight right by Zhuo.
Zhuo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ne sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A big right from Zhuo misses.
Zhuo just misses with a punch to the body.
Zhuo works the jab nicely.

Ne drops Zhuo with a beautiful combination! Zhuo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ne is looking for the KO!

It looks like Zhao Zhuo has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Zhuo checks a low kick from Ne.
Zhuo scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ne doesn't seem bothered though.

Ne gets caught flat footed, as Zhuo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Zhuo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Zhuo looking to sit in guard and control but Ne gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Zhuo wants to sweep here but Ne controlling him for the moment.

Zhuo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ne is aware though and is defending well.

Zhuo punching from the bottom - just letting Ne know he's still in a fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ne wanted to stand there but Zhuo had control of the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Mag Ne hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Zhuo sizes up Ne with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Mag Ne has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ne takes a swing at Zhuo's ribcage but misses.

Zhuo drives through and clinches with Ne against the cage.

Zhuo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Zhuo shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ne napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Zhuo lands an elbow.
Zhuo misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Sloppy strikes there by Zhuo.
Ne is letting Zhuo control him for a moment.

Zhuo is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ne has escaped the position, nice work there.
Zhuo cracks Ne with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Ne regains half guard, as Zhuo was trying to land strikes.
Ne wants to get back to his feet.
Zhuo is looking to take a break and control but Ne is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Ne looks like he's trying to stand up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Zhao Zhuo wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Zhuo connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ne. Ne circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ne misses with a low kick as Zhuo jumps back.
Zhuo avoids the body shot from Ne.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Zhuo slips a jab and a cross from Ne.
Zhuo throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ne sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ne cracks Zhuo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Zhao Zhuo will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Ne makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ne swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ne comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Zhuo thows a left - swing and a miss!
Zhuo doesn't manage to clinch there - Ne circles away.
Zhuo throws a jab when Ne was well out of range.
Good exchange - Zhuo coming out on top.
Mag Ne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ne is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zhuo.
Ne throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ne throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ne throws the kick towards the body but Zhuo avoids it.
Zhuo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Ne takes a swing at Zhuo's ribcage but misses.

and Ne counters with a nice body shot.

Zhuo manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ne on his heels. He'll look to pass Ne's guard now, I'm sure.
Zhuo stands up over Ne, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Zhuo is striking off his back. Ne thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Zhuo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ne prevents Zhuo from improving his position.
Zhuo is looking to control Ne's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Zhuo avoid being mounted?
Zhuo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Zhuo wants to control but Ne is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Ne tries to pass the half guard into mount. Zhuo knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Zhuo is trying to maintain the position but Ne is very close to passing his half guard.

Zhuo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ne should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Zhuo has tightened it up now! Ne should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
