Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Giovani Castro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ralte Bentea!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bentea fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Castro comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Castro scores with a jab. Bentea acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Bentea shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Castro as he jumps to the side.
Nice takedown defense from Castro. No joy for Bentea on that attempt.
Giovani Castro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ralte Bentea.
Castro throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bentea on the side of the head.

Bentea has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Castro after a bit of a struggle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bentea takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bentea.
Bentea throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Castro's waist but Castro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bentea off to one side.
Castro stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Castro wants it to stay on the feet.

Castro fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Bentea looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Castro is fending him off so far but Bentea persists. Nope, Castro circles away and we're back to standing.
Bentea walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Bentea is still on wobbly legs! Can Castro finish him?
Castro lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Bentea falls backwards - clearly groggy! Castro dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
