Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel McClelland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mack kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ships in the night-Mat Kearney. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McClelland moves into the clinch successfully.
Mack tries to score a body lock takedown but McClelland shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Mack pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mack cracks McClelland with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
McClelland is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
McClelland tries to clinch but Mack moves out of range.
McClelland tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mack paws at him with a jab and circles away.

McClelland gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Mack to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Mack throws a big right hand that misses.

Mack decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Mack keeps the fight on the outside.

Mack lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
McClelland is looking to clinch.
McClelland fails with the takedown
and Mack counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mack scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
McClelland shoots and misses
and Mack counters with a right hand to the body.
McClelland tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mack manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McClelland looks for a takedown but Mack sprawls well.
Jack Mack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Angel McClelland.
McClelland wants to clinch up but Mack keeps it at a distance.
McClelland shoots for a double leg takedown but Mack sprawls well. He's pushed McClelland's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Mack counters with a three punch combo that has McClelland backing up. McClelland nods at Mack to acknowledge the strikes.

and Mack counters with a single leg into guard. McClelland didn't expect that.

Mack throws a big right hand that misses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McClelland has a closed guard, preventing Mack from standing up.

and Mack counters with a left and a right that stings McClelland.

Mack tries to bum rush McClelland with a series of wild strikes but McClelland uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mack gets the takedown into side control.
McClelland regains half guard, as Mack was trying to land strikes.

Mack is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McClelland sees it coming and defends easily.

Mack is trying to work for a kimura but McClelland is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McClelland wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Mack is looking for a kimura but McClelland is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Mack to get the leverage.
Mack not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Mack is pressing down on McClelland's thigh, looking to free his foot. McClelland is holding on for now.

Mack wants to work for an arm triangle but McClelland is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Mack is trying to work for a kimura but McClelland is defending well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

McClelland tries for a takedown but Mack circles away easily

and Mack counters with a takedown into side control.
McClelland prevents Mack from improving position.
McClelland is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Mack has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Mack is chipping away with strikes.

Mack is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but McClelland is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Mack thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Mack has worked his way into a potential kimura here. McClelland is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Mack yanks on the arm and McClelland is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Mack.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jack Mack!
Jack Mack very nearly forgot to thank Vitality amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
