Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Field (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emanoel Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Johnny Field!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Emanoel Moreno!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Field closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Field is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Moreno is just riding it out for now. Field eventually gives up the hold.

Moreno is defending against the submission attempts here by Field.

Field is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Moreno defends it well.
Moreno tries to get to full guard but Field has control of the leg.

Field seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Moreno has recovered full guard.
Moreno is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Moreno pulls Field in close to prevent any damage.
Field trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Moreno trying to keep a closed guard but Field is proving a slippery customer.

Field advances position into side control!

Field wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Moreno, who protects the arm well.
Moreno is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Field off and has taken his back!
Field tries to break free.

Field is working hard here to advance position.
Moreno scores with punches from the back.
Moreno lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moreno struggling to keep hold of the position.

Moreno patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Moreno lands a shot to the body.
The referee is taking a good look at Field as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Moreno!
Field can't escape the position.

Moreno is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Field knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Field for a finish.
Moreno is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Moreno gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Moreno gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Moreno apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Field moves out of range as Moreno strikes.
Moreno throws out a powerful jab.
Field shoots for a double leg takedown but Moreno sprawls well. He's pushed Field's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Field takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Field has his takedown stuffed
letting Moreno counter with a right hand.
Moreno lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Field is rocked!
Field switches off momentarily and Moreno cracks him with a monster right hand! Field topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Moreno dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Moreno!
