Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rocky Sullivan!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jeremy misses with an uppercut.
Jeremy swings for the body but Sullivan moves out of range.
Jeremy tries to move into range but Sullivan moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Sullivan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sullivan keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jeremy.
Sullivan fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jab, jab by Sullivan - just one landing.
Ron Jeremy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jeremy misses the jab.
Good standup being displayed there by Sullivan as he connects with a hook.
Jeremy loads up on a big right hand but Sullivan slips the punch.
Sullivan ducks under a wild hook from Jeremy.

Jeremy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sullivan scores with the left hand. Jeremy knows he should have avoided that one.
Sullivan drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

and Sullivan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Sullivan gets a clinch.

Jeremy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jeremy is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Sullivan's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Sullivan ducks under a wild hook from Jeremy.
Jeremy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sullivan sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Sullivan slips under a jab.
Sullivan tries to clinch but Jeremy is having none of it.
Sloppy strikes from Sullivan. Those never looked like landing.
Jeremy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sullivan.
Jeremy closes the distance and clinches up with Sullivan, looking for a takedown. Jeremy pushes Sullivan against the cage but Sullivan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jeremy is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Sullivan throws out a loose jab but Jeremy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sullivan attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Sullivan ducks under a wild hook from Jeremy.
Jeremy jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
A shot to the liver by Sullivan. Beautiful body shot.
Sullivan is looking to clinch but Jeremy is avoiding it.

A lazy left from Jeremy finds it's target.

Jeremy closes the distance and clinches.

Jeremy breaks the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sullivan cracks Jeremy with an open hand slap.
Sullivan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sullivan lands with a nice body punch.

Jeremy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Sullivan throws a leg kick but Jeremy checks it.
Sullivan misses the shot to the body.
Sullivan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jeremy pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jeremy throws a looping overhand right but Sullivan ducks down to avoid it.
Sullivan swings for the body but Jeremy moves out of range.
Jeremy motions for Sullivan to come forward. Jeremy throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
A big left from Jeremy misses.
Jeremy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jeremy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Sullivan throws a leg kick but Jeremy sees it coming and moves out of range.

Sullivan gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Jeremy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jeremy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jeremy misses with a straight left.
Jeremy throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sullivan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jeremy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jeremy throws a head kick but Sullivan moves out of range.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Jeremy! Sullivan is out on his feet! Jeremy rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Sullivan is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Sullivan is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ron Jeremy!
Ron Jeremy decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
