The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Afolabi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ha misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Afolabi blocks a head kick by Ha.
Ha avoids the head kick by Afolabi.
Afolabi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Afolabi is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ha.

James Afolabi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ha wants to clinch up but Afolabi keeps it at a distance.
Ha avoids the body shot from Afolabi.

Keith Ha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Afolabi.

Ha breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ha lands a jab-cross combination.

Ha takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Ha escapes and gets back to his feet.

Afolabi slips a jab and a cross from Ha.
Afolabi wants to clinch up but Ha keeps it at a distance.
Afolabi takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Ha darts in and clinches Afolabi up against the cage.

Ha ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ha no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Ha throws a head kick but Afolabi moves out of range.
Ha takes a swing at Afolabi's ribcage but misses.
Ha changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Ha connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Ha lands a left and a right that send Afolabi crashing to the mat, dazed. Ha thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Afolabi is rocked!
Afolabi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Afolabi is still on wobbly legs! Can Ha finish him?
Afolabi switches off momentarily and Ha cracks him with a monster right hand! Afolabi topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Ha dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Ha!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Keith Ha!
