Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Theo Paris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lew Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paris comes to the cage accompanied by Delta Heavy - Must Be The Feeling. Jenkins has chosen Broke for Free - Calm the F#@$ Down as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paris shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jenkins as he avoids it easily.

Jenkins rushes Paris and presses him up against the cage.

Paris gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Jenkins regains guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Jenkins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Paris can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jenkins had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Paris defends it easily.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Lew Jenkins hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Paris fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jenkins sprawls well initially but Paris persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Jenkins is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
