Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thuam Chaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Gouken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chaka comes to the cage accompanied by Heart of a Champion. Scott Gouken acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thuam Chaka!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Scott Gouken!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaka misses with a takedown attempt - Gouken sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Chaka changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gouken tries to avoid it but Chaka manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gouken to the ground. Gouken escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chaka fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Thuam Chaka. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chaka shoots for a double leg takedown but Gouken sprawls well. He's pushed Chaka's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Chaka shoots in but Gouken avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Chaka with a poor takedown
and Gouken counters with a thumping low kick.
Chaka is breathing heavily.
Gouken scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Thuam Chaka has been cut.
Gouken lands a big head kick that sends Chaka tumbling to the mat! Gouken takes a step backwards and waves Chaka back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Chaka is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gouken throws a powerful right kick. Chaka tried to block low but the kick was high! Chaka was taken right off of his feet! Gouken jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Scott Gouken!
Scott Gouken is the new welterweight champion!
An out of breath Scott Gouken thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
