Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Artur Grygiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Delroy Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Grygiel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sobota- Za damski h.... Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Delroy Holmes!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jorge Garcia and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Grygiel throws a shot from downtown. Holmes moves away and avoids it.

Grygiel gets tackled into the cage by Holmes. Holmes maintains the clinch.
Holmes blocks the elbow strike.
Holmes lands a nice uppercut.
Holmes wants to stall.

Grygiel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Crunch! Holmes slams his shin into Grygiel's torso.
Grygiel throws a right hand that Holmes ducks under and follows up with a left that Holmes also avoids with ease.
Grygiel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Holmes.
Grygiel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Holmes as he avoids it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Grygiel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Grygiel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Grygiel dives in and grabs Holmes's left leg, looking for a takedown. Holmes pushes down on Grygiel's head and hops out.
Delroy Holmes seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Grygiel misses with a takedown attempt - Holmes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Holmes fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Holmes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

A slapping leg kick lands for Holmes.
Holmes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Holmes throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Grygiel on the side of the head.

Grygiel steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Holmes. That one must have hurt.
Holmes bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Grygiel is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
