Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dutch Gallows (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boston Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gallows comes to the cage accompanied by Vesta. Boston Jones is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallows throws a nice head kick!
Gallows leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gallows cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Jones throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gallows tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jones is in Gallows's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Jones is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones wants to control from the top but Gallows keeps moving.

Jones has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Jones controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones tries for a kimura but Gallows is defending well.

Jones is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gallows knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Gallows throws Jones to one side and escapes!

Jones tries for a takedown but Gallows sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Gallows throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gallows lands a nice looking body kick.
Gallows throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dutch Gallows has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boston Jones.

Gallows fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gallows thows a body shot but no joy.
Gallows lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Gallows gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gallows struggles to land a body shot inside as Jones controls his hands.

Gallows breaks from the clinch.

Gallows fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gallows misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Gallows has Jones up against the cage in a clinch.
Jones managing to block the knees to the body from Gallows.
Gallows tries to land knees in the clinch but Jones avoids the damage to the body.
Gallows lands a good knee to the midsection. Jones won't want to take too many of those.

Gallows's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jones manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gallows on his heels. He'll look to pass Gallows's guard now, I'm sure.

Gallows wriggles free and stands up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jones.
Gallows tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Gallows looks to land a right hand but Jones moved out of range.
Gallows scores with a hook.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
A big right from Gallows misses.
Gallows cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Gallows lands a big head kick that sends Jones tumbling to the mat! Gallows takes a step backwards and waves Jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jones is rocked!
Gallows misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Gallows finish him?
Gallows moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.

Gallows feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jones sprawling to the canvas! Jones rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gallows finish him?!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones shoots in for a double leg but Gallows sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Gallows lands a leg kick that knocks Jones off balance momentarily.
Jones on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Gallows. Gallows obviously looking to wear him down.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dutch Gallows dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Gallows throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Jones seems to have recovered his senses.
Gallows feints a jab and as Jones dips his head, Gallows unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Jones right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Jones falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Gallows smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Dutch Gallows!
