Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rokki Kukko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zee Nigga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nigga tries to clinch but Kukko moves away
and Kukko counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Nigga decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kukko to his feet.
Kukko throws a hook to the side of Nigga's head but Nigga sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Nigga drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kukko pulls his leg out and moves away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Nigga bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kukko's guard.
Kukko is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Rokki Kukko will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kukko is defended easily by Nigga.
Nigga tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kukko swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nigga fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Nigga lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Nigga lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nigga.
Kukko feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Nigga is breathing heavily.
Nigga tries to roll over but Kukko keeps him under control.
Kukko looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nigga with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Nigga is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Kukko feints and as Nigga raises his hands in defense, Kukko changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kukko might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Kukko wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Nigga.

Nigga has control of Kukko's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kukko regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Nigga takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rokki Kukko showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kukko, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Rokki Kukko was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
