Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between River Greywar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Clayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clayton has chosen Lose Yourself as his entrance music. River Greywar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greywar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Clayton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Clayton uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Greywar.
Greywar shoots in looking for a takedown. Clayton tries to sprawl out of it but Greywar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Clayton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Clayton cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Greywar is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Clayton's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Clayton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Clayton has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Clayton has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Greywar should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Clayton has tightened it up now! Greywar should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
