Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Merrick Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaely Cullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane comes into the arena with Blood Sugar - Pendulum blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cullen throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Merrick Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kane pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kane looks to land a right hand but Cullen moved out of range.
Kane throws a low kick but Cullen avoids it.

Kane keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cullen manages to avoid it.
Kane scores with a sloppy right hand. Cullen should have avoided that one.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cullen is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kane gets his way!

It looks like Kaely Cullen has been cut.

Cullen uses his free foot to push down on Kane's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kane.
Cullen connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Cullen is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kane can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Cullen has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Well Cullen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
