Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggler looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Diggler tries to bum rush Weber with a series of wild strikes but Weber uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Diggler is looking to clinch but Weber is avoiding it.
Diggler shoots in looking for a takedown but Weber manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Diggler's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Weber connects with a jab.
Diggler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Weber thuds a left hand into Diggler's body.

Diggler throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Diggler misses with a takedown

and Weber counters by moving into the clinch.

Weber's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Weber scores with a jab. Diggler acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Weber lands a right hook to the body.
Diggler is breathing heavily.

Weber's jab looks to have found its range, popping Diggler under the eye.
Diggler takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Weber connects with a right hand. Diggler shakes it off.

Weber waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Diggler. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Diggler to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Weber seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Oh Diggler is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Weber keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Diggler's head.
Weber slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Diggler seems to have got his legs back now.
Weber has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Weber keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Diggler's head.

Weber stands and throws Diggler's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Weber is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Diggler's shoulder. That is not cool.

Weber looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The referee asks Weber politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Weber prefers to stall for the moment though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Weber wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Diggler, who protects the arm well.

Weber throws a leg kick which misses Diggler's front leg but catches the back leg as Diggler tries to avoid it.
Diggler stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Weber.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Diggler's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Weber escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Weber has closed the distance and engaged Diggler in a clinch.
Weber is working Diggler over against the cage.

Weber tests Diggler's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Weber fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Weber is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Diggler had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Weber closes the distance and clinches.

Weber tightens his grip and picks Diggler up, before dumping him to the ground. Diggler manages to land in guard.

Weber sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Diggler's guard.

Weber takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Weber frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Weber breaks from Diggler's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Diggler is bucking up trying to escape but Weber cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
