Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cro Copout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Copout comes to the cage accompanied by you throw knee, i go home. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cro Copout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Miller!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Copout lands an overhand right.
Miller fails with the takedown.

Miller shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Copout is trying to defend but Miller finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Copout is trying to get back to full guard.
Miller sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Copout defending well though.
Miller has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Miller prevents Copout from improving his position.
Miller missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Miller wants to control but Copout is keeping him busy.
Miller might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Copout haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Copout is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are battling for position here. Copout manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Miller working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Copout not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Miller pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Copout is keeping the position for now.
Copout has control of Miller's left arm, preventing Miller from doing any damage.
Miller throwing strikes but missing.

We're going to have a standup here because Cro Copout wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Miller uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Copout.
Horrible takedown by Miller or perhaps it was just good defense by Copout which made him look bad.
Copout takes a swing at Miller's ribcage but misses.
James Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Miller takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Miller fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cro Copout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Miller.
Copout comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Copout instigates a clinch.
Copout scores with a nice hook to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Miller is trying to break free.
Copout struggles to land a body shot inside as Miller controls his hands.
Miller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Miller tries for a takedown but Copout manages to get underhooks.
Copout misses with the head strike.
Copout working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Miller has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Copout avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Miller looks to land a right hand but Copout moved out of range.
Miller tries for a takedown but Copout circles away easily
and Copout cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Miller fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Copout, pushing him back against the cage.
Copout is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Copout stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Miller looks winded!

Miller is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Copout lands a body shot in the clinch.

Copout lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Miller goes for a takedown attempt but Copout pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Copout uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Copout tries to keep at a distance but Miller has taken the fight into the clinch.
A short body shot lands from Copout as the two fighters clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Copout scores with a shot to the side of Miller's head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Copout creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Copout lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Still in the clinch, Copout scores with a nice short uppercut.
Miller is still on wobbly legs! Can Copout finish him?
Copout lands a nice shot to the body.
Miller seems to have recovered his senses.

Miller is fighting off a takedown attempt but Copout is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Miller to the mat. Miller regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Copout in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Copout trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom.
Copout postures up in Miller's guard and throws a big left but Miller blocks it.
Copout missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Copout trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Copout's corner is telling him to maintain position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cro Copout dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Copout lands with a shot to the body.
Copout lands the left hand.
Copout circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Miller to the canvas! Miller doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Copout keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cro Copout!
Cro Copout decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
