The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esposito wants to land a leg kick but Voda is out of range.
Esposito stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Esposito wants it to stay on the feet.
Esposito connects with a body shot that sends Voda's belly button to the back.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Voda.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Esposito gets back to half guard.
Esposito is looking to improve his position.

Voda seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Voda wants to improve his position but Esposito is controlling well.

Esposito seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Voda does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Voda manages to work his way to half guard, despite Esposito's best efforts.

Voda has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Esposito. Oh but Voda has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Esposito goes limp - he's gone! Voda jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
