The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galuppo misses with a few strikes there.
Galuppo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Martigan.
Martigan lands a nice leg kick that just misses Galuppo's sensitive parts.
Martigan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Galuppo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Martigan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Galuppo misses with a wild body shot.
Galuppo misses with a hook.
Martigan scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Galuppo looks to land a right hand but Martigan moved out of range.
Martigan swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Galuppo counters with a nice uppercut.
Galuppo connects with a combination that backs up Martigan into the cage. Galuppo lands a flurry of punches that gets past Martigan's guard. Martigan is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Galuppo bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
