Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ed Gruberman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gruberman's entrance music is Boot to the Head. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Gruberman jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Diaz throws out a loose jab but Gruberman uses good head movement to avoid it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Gruberman.
Gruberman swings for the body but Diaz moves out of range.
Diaz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gruberman.

and Diaz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Gruberman smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Diaz throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gruberman sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gruberman throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Diaz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gruberman but Gruberman pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Gruberman lands with a kick to the temple. Diaz shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Gruberman lands with an uppercut that bounces Diaz off the cage and back into range.
Gruberman throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Diaz.
Gruberman cracks Diaz with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
