The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yossarian throws a sloppy head kick and The Gangster moves out of range easily.
Yossarian fails to land with a series of punches.
A shot to the body from The Gangster misses
and Yossarian counters with a nice uppercut.
The Gangster misses with a low kick.
Yossarian lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Yossarian cracks The Gangster with an open hand slap.
The Gangster throws out a loose jab but Yossarian uses good head movement to avoid it.
The Gangster moves out of range as Yossarian throws a body kick.
A slapping body kick lands there for Yossarian.
The Gangster throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

and The Gangster counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Yossarian uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from The Gangster.
The Gangster throws the left hand but Yossarian avoids the punch easily.
Yossarian paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
The Gangster rushes Yossarian and presses him up against the cage.
The Gangster has Yossarian pressed against the cage.
The Gangster gets control of Yossarian's arms and successfully pulls guard. The Gangster will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Yossarian really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Gangster. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Yossarian holds on and takes a little breather.

The Gangster seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Yossarian for as long as he can get away with.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for The Gangster, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
