Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Axl Horn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Calzaghe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Horn's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bill Murray - by Sweatshop Union. Joe Calzaghe has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calzaghe walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Calzaghe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Horn throws out the jab.

Horn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Calzaghe moves away.

Calzaghe closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Horn's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Horn is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Calzaghe is aware though and is defending well.
Calzaghe wants to control from the top but Horn keeps moving.

Horn is looking for a sweep. Calzaghe is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Joe Calzaghe will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Horn tries to bum rush Calzaghe with a series of wild strikes but Calzaghe uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Horn throws a hook but Calzaghe blocks it.
Horn fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Calzaghe on the side of the head.
Horn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Calzaghe.

Calzaghe bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Horn closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Horn scores with a nice strike.
Calzaghe with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Horn to score with a decent uppercut.
Horn jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Axl Horn is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Calzaghe goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Horn is rocked!

Calzaghe instigates a clinch.
Oh Horn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Calzaghe has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Horn clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Horn is trying to break free.
Calzaghe scoring with big shots to the body. Horn is looking for a way out. A despairing look towards the ref and the official steps in to stop the fight. Horn was obviously done but didn't want to tap out.

A determined Joe Calzaghe didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
