The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vangaard shoots in but Connemara avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Connemara feints and then cracks Vangaard's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vangaard down.
Connemara misses with a head kick.

Connemara rushes Vangaard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Connemara.
Connemara pushes Vangaard back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

and Connemara connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
