Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dominic Ellis!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaplin lands with a kick to the temple. Ellis shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"


It looks like Dominic Ellis has been cut.
Ellis closes the distance and clinches up with Chaplin, looking for a takedown. Ellis pushes Chaplin against the cage but Chaplin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Chaplin closes the distance and clinches.

Chaplin stalls.
Ellis is still on wobbly legs! Can Chaplin finish him?

Chaplin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Chaplin tries for a takedown but Ellis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

and Ellis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chaplin is looking for a sweep. Ellis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ellis seems to have recovered his senses.
Chaplin is trying to stand.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chaplin keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Chaplin is looking for a sweep. Ellis is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Chaplin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ellis's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ellis's back!

Chaplin has the hooks in. Ellis is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Chaplin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ellis on the ground.

Ellis breaks Chaplin's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Chaplin is pulling down on Ellis's head. It's preventing any offense from Ellis, at least for the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Charlie Chaplin wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Chaplin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ellis tries to close the distance and clinch but Chaplin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Chaplin closes the distance and clinches.
Nice body punch from Chaplin - that landed with a thud.

Chaplin manages to break the clinch.
Ellis misses the jab.

Chaplin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chaplin blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Chaplin scores a nice knee to the body.

Ellis pulls guard.

Ellis is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Chaplin rolls with it to try and escape but Ellis cranks on the arm and Chaplin is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
