Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kieron Radebe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Vyacheslav Romanov!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radebe ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Radebe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Romanov lands a nice looking body shot.
A low kick from Radebe misses
and Romanov counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Romanov tries to pass the half guard into mount. Radebe knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Radebe regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Romanov.
Romanov throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Radebe works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Radebe can't keep his opponent in guard - Romanov advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Romanov wants to work for an arm triangle but Radebe is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Romanov thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Romanov frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Romanov in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
It looks like Kieron Radebe has been cut.
Radebe wants to control but Romanov is having none of it.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Radebe holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Romanov tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Romanov has hold of Radebe's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Radebe manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Romanov is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Radebe has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Romanov sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Romanov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Kieron Radebe's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Radebe tries to reverse the position but Romanov maintains control.

Radebe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Romanov on the ground.
Romanov lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Jeez, Kieron Radebe's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kieron Radebe's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
