And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brett Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Arm swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Arm on that attempt.

Arm gets caught flat footed, as Jackson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Arm is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well.
Jackson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Jackson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Arm throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Jackson escapes and throws Arm's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Jackson is trying to get an arm triangle but Arm is defending well.
Arm is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Jackson off and has taken his back!

Arm looking to break Jackson's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Jackson remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Arm will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Arm looking for the RNC.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Jackson is having to fend off submission attempts from Arm, who is looking to sink in the choke. Arm doesn't have the hooks in though and Jackson manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.

Arm has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jackson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Arm has tightened it up now! Jackson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
